All plans include:  web design and development, web hosting, website maintenance, 1-hour of content updates per month, backups, and website security.

The total costs for each plan are as follows (GST not included):

• Dojo Plan:
  23 x $179 = $4,117 + $500 deposit = $4,617
• Ninja Plan:
  23 x $279 = $6,417 + $500 deposit = $6,917
• Shogun Plan:
  23 x $379 = $8,717 + $500 deposit = $9,217

The $500 deposit is non-refundable.

Annual hosting included: 
WP Managed Hosting ($490 value)

Annual licensing included: 
Elementor Pro licensing (USD $49 value)
UpdraftPlus Premium license (USD $42 value)

After 24 months, or full payment of your plan, you will have ownership rights. This includes admin access to your website, cPanel hosting, and domain, if registered by Web242 Media Inc.

Until then, your website is under a lease agreement. Web242 Media Inc. retains ownership of your website, web design files, hosting, and site access.

We do not at any time retain ownership of your name, brand, trademark, or logo.

During the 24-month period, or until your plan is paid in full, the following access is not available: 

• WordPress admin access
• CPanel or FTP access
• Domain access (if registered by us)
• Access to UpdraftPlus backups 

Should you wish to cancel your plan, you will be required to pay the full outstanding balance (residual value), plus a $250 cancellation fee.

Your website is under a lease agreement. Unless paid in full, Web242 Media Inc. retains ownership of your website, web design files, hosting, and site access. Should you not pay the balance outstanding, plugin licensing may be revoked, and we will no longer provide hosting or other maintenance and backup services.

Web242 Media Inc. may cancel the lease agreement for reasonable terms or breach of contract, by providing 15 days’ written notice to the customer. The cancellation fee would be waived and future payments cancelled. However, unless a payout agreement were arranged, Web242 Media Inc. would continue to retain ownership of the website, web design files, hosting, and site access.

If a payment is missed or the credit card is declined, you will have 15 days to pay the missed payment. 

We understand that personal and life situations can be difficult at times and you may need to pause your agreement. If so, please reach out to us. 

You can pay off your entire plan balance, or make lump-sum payments at any time. There is no additional cost to do so. We ask you pay a minimum of $100 per request. 

Upon full-payment, you will have full access to your website, hosting, and domain (if registered by us). 

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your website plan (Dojo, Ninja, and Shogun). We allow one upgrade or downgrade per calendar year.

Please note that upgrading your plan, may extend the term of your agreement.
