All affordable website plans include:  web design and development, managed web hosting, website maintenance, one-hour of content updates per month, backups, and website security. Our affordable WordPress and WooCommerce plans. also include basic SEO setup and optimization. Everything is taken care of over the plan term!

The costs for each of the website plans are as follows (GST not included):  Dojo Plan at $250 per month, Ninja Plan at $350 per month, and Shogun Plan at $550 per month (spread over 15 months). A non-refundable project deposit of $500, is also payable in the first month. 

Plugins included in the website plans are Elementor Pro, UpdraftPlus Premium, and Wordfence (free version) connected to Wordfence Central. We also install and integrate Google Site Kit for analytics. For SEO we recommend Rank Math SEO plugin. 

Additional plugins are not covered under the website plans. Extra costs for plugin subscriptions are paid directly by the client.

Dojo and Ninja website plans include up to 1 hour of content updates per month. The Shogun plan includes up to 1 hour of content and shop/product updates per month. These hours do not include website development or other custom programming. 

Hours are not cumulative, and do not roll over to the following month. Additional hours are billed at the normal agency rates.

After 24 months, or full payment of your plan, you will have ownership rights. This includes admin access to your website, cPanel hosting, and domain, if registered by Web242 Media Inc.

Until then, your website is under a lease agreement, which means Web242 Media Inc. retains ownership of your website, web design files, hosting, and site access.

We do not at any time own your name, brand, trademark, or logo.

During the 24-month period, or until your plan is paid in full, the following access may not be available: 

• WordPress admin access
• cPanel or FTP access
• Domain access (if registered by us)
• Access to UpdraftPlus backups 

Should you wish to cancel your plan, you will be required to pay the full outstanding balance (residual value), plus a $250 cancellation fee.

Your website is under a lease agreement. Unless paid in full, Web242 Media Inc. retains ownership of your website, web design files, hosting, and site access.

If a payment is missed or the credit card is declined, you will have 15 days to pay the missed payment. 

We understand that personal and life situations can be difficult at times and you may need to pause your agreement. 

You can pay off your entire plan balance and or make lump-sum payments at any time. There is no additional cost to do so. 

Upon full payment, you will have full access to your website, hosting, and domain (if registered by us). 

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your website plan (Dojo, Ninja, and Shogun). We allow one upgrade or downgrade per calendar year.
