We have held off raising prices for quite some time. However, as you know, inflation has hit hard this year. The cost of our hosting infrastructure, as well as the high exchange on the US dollar, means we need to raise prices at some point. We really don’t want to, but it’s something we need to do, to maintain the quality of service we provide.
To Our Legacy Plan Clients
Web242’s legacy clients have been with us from the beginning, and we are sincerely grateful to them. Many have kept the same pricing for years and helped us grow the company.
The decision to end legacy plans was not an easy decision for us to make. However, as of June 30th, 2023, legacy plans will be discontinued. Clients will pay the current rates when their plan renews.
Clients who wish to lock in their current rate may do so by prepaying in advance for a 1-3 year term. This amount will be added onto the renewal date. Please reach out to us if this option appeals to you. This offer will be available only until June 30th, 2023.
Credit Card Convenience Fee
Moving forward, clients paying by credit card will notice a Credit Card Convenience Fee of 3.0% added to their invoice. This is the same fee we pay to QuickBooks for taking credit card payments online. We recommend our Canadian clients use Interac e-Transfer to avoid the fee.
Non-Profit Discount
Registered non-profits will continue to receive a 10% Non-Profit Discount.
